C-level management at R&R is a finely tuned method developed by our owner for staffing and managing industrial organizations, hierarchies, and responsibility structures in special situations with interim industry managers. We call this method PROFIT ALIGNMENT. Special situations include all activities, tasks, and projects that become necessary in the course of dynamic market requirements in industrial companies in order to stabilize their profit situation in the long term. 

Depending on the situation and the specific requirements of the company, we fill key positions individually with our high-performing R&R interim industry managers or entire hierarchies in line teams or project teams organized and managed by R&R. Using trained R&R team methodology, the R&R Interim organization coordinates itself independently. It does not require company-specific management and instruction if this is not possible or desired. Our interdisciplinary, technical R&R Industry Managers with economic expertise work in a methodically networked manner to achieve the agreed goals.
