Stephan Rimpl, graduate mechanical engineer, MBA and HSG CAS Law & Mgmt, spent over two decades in technical management and C-level leadership positions at renowned medium-sized and corporate-oriented companies in mechanical and plant engineering, as well as in the manufacturing aviation and automotive industries. He was responsible for strategic planning, corporate profit and loss, and the operational implementation of a wide variety of large-scale projects in industry. As a managing director with CEO, CTO, and COO responsibilities, he contributed significantly to the successful alignment of the companies toward global growth. For 20 years, he has been teaching mechanical engineering and automotive engineering at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University.
Today, Stephan Rimpl heads the Swiss company R&R_pureINDUSTRY GmbH for strategic and operational industrial management and deals with all aspects of profit-oriented industrial management at all company levels.
