Responsibility for the contractual delivery of the plant from planning to handover. Interlinked multi-press system in multi-track, fully automated design, including washing processes, automation, measuring processes, material logistics, and sorting technology. Equipping the plant with series tools for the production of battery housings, as well as setting up service logistics for the operation of the plant.

Responsibility for the contractual delivery of the plant from planning to handover. Production plant for the manufacture of ready-to-assemble rotors and stators for electric motors with innovative baking connection technology. Fully automated manufacturing process from metal coil to quality testing and logistics. Individual processes: Sheet metal transport technology, punching of electrical sheets, automated robot handling, transport and gripper technology, rotor and stator variant stacking, thermal baking, cooling, measurement technology, packaging technology, plant logistics.

Energy storage for
Production machines

Development, construction, and installation of energy storage systems for energy recovery in heavy machinery construction. Scope of delivery in the multi-million dollar business of technical plant engineering.

Heavy machinery for mechanical forming requires a special, individually tailored energy supply for electrical installation and media supply in plant planning. Various energy storage systems are used to reduce the required electrical connection power. Mechanical flywheel storage, battery storage, and capacitive capacitors.
At the customer's request or according to the requirements of the plant infrastructure, such energy storage systems are planned in every plant order to cover peak loads in production. Assumption of technical responsibility for the development, design, and order-specific implementation of these energy storage systems in customer-specific machine and plant construction.
